The 48,000-square-foot Michelin Tower has five stories, a rooftop viewing deck, a 300-person event space, 10 hospitality suites and an elevator.

This project consist of removal of the existing tower, over 550 LF of 72"
 Dia. CMP underground detention system, dual 35 HP lift station with 6" force main and an extensive onsite storm drain, sanitary sewer and water system.
